Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping plc restructures Board
Robert (Bob) Auckland has now taken up his position as Finance Director. Concurrent with his appointment, the Company is progressing with the evolution of its Board, reflecting its development from a University spin out to a significant public company.
Dr. Tony Raven, Professor Martin Sinha and David Norwood, who were instrumental in the formation and initial development of the company and key members of the pre IPO board are taking this opportunity to retire. Professor Sinha will continue to contribute his expertise to the company's technical advances through the continuation of his consulting contract.
OHM's Chairman, Dr. Pierre Jungels, said: "I would like to express my gratitude for the individual and collective assistance from Martin, Tony and David in building the company into an important provider of valuable services to the oil and gas exploration industry.
