Matra Completes Russian Acquisition
Matra has now completed the acquisition of Limited Liability Company 'OOO' Arkhangelovskoe. This acquisition was outlined in the release dated 29th March 2007. Matra is now the 100% owner of this company that has the rights to and operates the Arkhangelovskoe exploration license in Orenburg, Russian Federation.
