Matra Petroleum Plc: Board Appointment
Further to previous announcements, the Board of Matra Petroleum is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Gideon Tadmor to the Board as a Non-executive Director, with immediate effect.
Gideon is President and CEO of Delek Energy Systems Ltd, a position he has held for the past six years. He joins the Board following the Matra share placement to Delek announced at the end of March.
Matra's Managing Director, Peter Hind commented:
